Connect with a mother in Halton for support and information on breastfeeding your child.

The Halton Breastfeeding Connection is a volunteer program that provides free mother to-mother telephone support for breastfeeding mothers.

Trained volunteers are mothers who have breastfed a minimum of 6 months. These volunteers:

  • provide help with the normal process of nursing
  • share information, support and encouragement about breastfeeding
  • continue calls for as long as you require support - frequency is arranged between you and the volunteer
