Phase 1: Project Planning
- Establish need for project.
- Develop and approve budget.
- Hold public and stakeholder consultations.
- Complete an environmental assessment

Phase 2: Design and Approvals
- Create detailed design for construction.
- Hold public and stakeholder consultations.
- Finalize environmental approvals.
- Purchase land (when required).
- Tender construction project.

Phase 3: Construction
- Relocate utilities.
- Construct road, or install pipes, or build facility.
- Make connections to individual properties.
- Complete initial paving.
|
|
Phase 4: Restoration
- Complete final paving.
- Landscape site.
- Finish final site cleanup.
